In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Article 7 of
the above-mentioned Proclamation, I, GEORGE E. STRICKLAND, Colonel,
Legal Adviser, Civil Affairs, Legal, do hereinby nomina te:-
Leo D'Almada e Castro
to sit as President
and
Charles Frank Miles, Major
and
Leslie Ernest Bigg, Captain
as Members of a General Military Court to try:
Chui Tsang Yui, 19 years, student, 53 Granville Road, 1st floor,
of Swatow.
(Chong Tong Nei,
21 years, clerk, 12 Chancery Lane, 2nd floor, of Swatow.
under the following charges:-

Robbery by two or more.
No.32 of 1935 Section 40(1)(a).
That the said Chui "sang Yui and Chong Tong Nei on the 19th day of February 1946 at Caine Road ne ar Old Bailey Street, in this Colony, then being armed with a revolver, together robbed Lee Kook Wing of one wallet contain ing $200.00 H.K. currency, one "parker" fountain pen and one wrist watch and Chang King of one hand bag con taining $235.00 H.K. currency and 44 Patacas notes in Macau currency.
For 2nd accus ed only
Unlawful possession of arms and ammunition. No.2 of 1933 Section 4.
That the said Chon Tong Nei on the 19th day of Tebruary 1946 at No.12 Chancery Lane in this Colony had in his possession or unler his con trol one .32 Remington U.M.C. automatic pistol and 6 rounds of ammuniti on without a permit from the Commissione r of Police.
For both accused.
Robbery by two or more. No.32 of 1935 Section 40(1)(a).
That the said Chui Tsang Yui and Chong Tong Nei on the 9th day of February 1946 at Caine Road in this Colony, then being armed with a revolver, together robbed Jackson Chun of $75.00 H.K. currency, one "Conklin" fountain pen, one "altham" wrist watch and one cigarette lighter.
